Terms and conditions for the purchase of tickets for the entrance to Jungle Life CR
This contract describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the online purchase within the website www.junglelifecr.com for the visit to Jungle Life CR (The Seller). Any person, hereinafter (The User), who wishes to make the purchase may do so subject to the general terms and conditions, along with all other policies, internal regulations, operating regulations and principles governing Jungle Life CR and which are published in www.junglelifecr.com. The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions set forth in the general terms and conditions, as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference, prior to purchase to visit Jungle Life CR. Any person who does not accept these general terms and conditions, which are mandatory and binding, should refrain from using the website and/or making the purchase.
01 – Products
Jungle Life CR makes available for purchase by the User the following passes, which are hereinafter referred to as (Tours): Sloth Tour, Nigth Tour, Flog Tour, Bird Tour: It is a pass that allows the User to enter a single date, selected by the User, to the facilities of Jungle Life CR. With the Ticket the User has the right to enjoy the tour, guide and facilities in general.
2 – Purchases
Products purchased online must comply with the Tour Use Regulations, as well as Jungle Life CR’s Internal Use Regulations, which can be found at the main entrance of the tour and which must be known by the User. The User accepts the conditions of operation of Jungle Life CR indicated in the Rules of Use of Jungle Life CR.
Jungle Life CR reserves the right to request any additional proof and/or data in order to corroborate the purchase, as well as to temporarily or definitively suspend the User whose data could not be confirmed. In these cases of disqualification, the User will be cancelled without any right to compensation. The User will be responsible for all the operations carried out by his account, since the access to the same one is restricted to the entrance and use of his security key, of exclusive knowledge of The User.
Jungle Life CR reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or indemnification. The purchase shall be limited to and exhausted with the acquisition of The Products or any other product that the User decides to commercialize on a permanent or temporary basis, depending on whether the purchase is made by the User. Therefore, this relationship does not create any bond or partnership agreement with the User. The purchase is irrevocable except in exceptional circumstances, such as that Jungle Life CR substantially changes the description of The Products or any other product that it decides to commercialize in permanent or temporary form and after the purchase is made. The purchase will only be considered valid and final, once it has been processed by the computer system of Jungle Life CR and the credit card operator used in the transaction.
Jungle Life CR will not make any refund in favor of the User. Jungle Life CR will not be responsible for the time that the card operator delays in crediting the amount to the same card of the User. The User will be responsible before Jungle Life CR if the operator of the credit or debit card used in the transaction refuses to credit the amount of the purchase receipts or electronically processed transactions when he judges that these do not adjust to the dispositions, procedures and regulations or that are applicable by virtue of laws or regulations that regulate the matter; or that in his opinion they have rational indications that the respective operations are fraudulent or illegitimate although the authorization center has provided an authorization code.
The User exonerates Jungle Life CR from all civil and penal responsibility for any type of irregularity related to the transactions made by credit or debit cards and not attributable to negligence of Jungle Life CR.
03 – Exchanges
To make the online purchase effective, the User must present legibly, either digitally or physically, the reservation that is sent to the buyer’s email and can only be used once. Jungle Life CR disclaims any responsibility for the improper use of this document. The redemption of the document applies only on the selected day during the normal hours of operation of Jungle Life CR.
04 – Validity
The Products purchased through the website will be valid on the date for which they were purchased.
05 – Cancellations
In case of having a purchase and not showing up on the day chosen by the User, the money will not be refunded, and it can only be made effective at another time through [email protected] or by calling +506 8697-3605 of Jungle Life CR. After this, you will not be able to choose a new date without the right to request a refund.
In fortuitous case Jungle Life CR will have the right to cancel all sales made for one or more specific dates, for these cases, the choice of a new date by the User can be made again a few days later as long as the facilities are enabled.
06 – Capacity
Jungle Life CR, has a limited capacity so the system automatically makes the registration of purchases by date, in case of reaching the maximum capacity, the system will not allow the purchase of more products for that date.
07 – Privacy of information
To make the online purchase of the Products offered by Jungle Life CR, the User must provide certain personal data. Your personal information is processed and stored on servers or magnetic media that maintain high standards of security and protection both physical and technological.
The personal data provided by the User of this page will only be used as a database for commercial use by Jungle Life CR and the service providers.
08 – Responsibilities
Jungle Life CR only makes available to the User a virtual space that allows him/her to make the purchase of the Products and any other product that he/she decides to commercialize in a permanent or temporary way and through the Web site.
Jungle Life CR will not be responsible for the existence, quality, quantity, state, integrity, legitimacy or veracity of the personal data entered by the User. The User knows and accepts that when carrying out operations by means of Internet he/she does it under his/her own risk. In no case Jungle Life CR will be responsible for loss of profit, or for any other damage and/or harm that the User may have suffered, due to the operations made or not made through the Web site www.junglelifecr.com recommends to act with prudence and common sense at the moment of making operations through Internet.
The user is responsible for the proper use of the website and should refrain from accessing, obtaining and manipulating relevant information related to other users. Jungle Life CR is not responsible for the inappropriate use that third parties give to the website and/or if third parties gain access to information or personal data of the User.
09 – Obligations of the User
By making the purchase, The User agrees to be bound by law to the conditions included in the description The Products and any other product that is being sold temporarily, and the regulations of Jungle Life CR, general terms and conditions and other policies of Jungle Life CR.
10 – Violations of the system or databases
It is not allowed any action or use of device, software, or any other means tending to interfere in the activities and operations of Jungle Life CR or in the accounts or databases of Jungle Life CR. Any intrusion, attempt or activity in violation or contrary to the laws on intellectual property rights and/or to the prohibitions stipulated in this contract will make the responsible party liable to the pertinent legal actions, and to the sanctions foreseen by this agreement, as well as to compensate the damages caused.
11 – Penalties. Suspension of operations
Without prejudice to other measures, Jungle Life CR may warn, temporarily suspend or permanently disable the account of The User or a publication, apply a sanction that negatively impacts the reputation of The User, initiate the actions it deems appropriate and/or suspend the purchase if any law is broken, or any of the stipulations of the general terms and conditions and other policies of Jungle Life CR; (b) if the User fails to comply with its commitments as The User; (c) if Jungle Life CR believes that the User engages in fraudulent or fraudulent conduct or acts; (d) if the identity of The User cannot be verified or if any information provided by the User is erroneous.
12 – System failures
Jungle Life CR is not responsible for any damage, harm or loss to the User caused by failures in the system, in the server, in the internet or by means of a “hacker”. Jungle Life CR will not be responsible for any virus that could infect the User’s computer as a consequence of the access, use or examination of its website or as a result of any transfer of data, files, images, texts, or audios contained in the same. The User will not be able to impute any responsibility nor demand payment for loss of profit, in virtue of damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or in the Internet. Jungle Life CR does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access and use of its website. The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or internet failures, or due to any other circumstance beyond Jungle Life CR’s control; in such cases, Jungle Life CR will try to restore it as soon as possible without any kind of responsibility. Jungle Life CR will not be responsible for any error or omission contained in its website.
13 – Indemnification
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Jungle Life CR, its affiliates, controlled and/or controlling companies, directors, managers, representatives and employees, for any claim or demand from other users or third parties for their activities on the website or for their breach of the general terms and conditions and other policies that are understood to be incorporated herein or for the violation of any laws or rights of third parties, including attorney’s fees.
14 – Bylaws
Form an integral and inseparable part of the general terms and conditions, the following documents and/or sections of Jungle Life CR incorporated by reference, where policies and/or terms and conditions of different services offered on the website are detailed.
15 – Modifications to the agreement
Jungle Life CR may modify the general terms and conditions at any time by making the modified terms public on the Website. All modified terms will become effective immediately.
16 – Jurisdiction and applicable law
This agreement shall be governed in all points by the laws in force in the Republic of Costa Rica.
Any controversy derived from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of San José, Costa Rica.
18 – Domicile
The domicile of Jungle Life CR is the administrative offices located in Alajuela, Upala, Bijagua, 300 meters south of the Colono.

THE PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET OR INVITATION IMPLIES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Jungle Life CR is the sole issuer of tickets for this event. – Do not purchase tickets through third parties. – The organizer or person in charge of the event reserves the right of admission for people who purchase tickets through third parties. – Jungle Life CR is not responsible for damages caused by eventual falsifications, manipulations or partial or total damages to the tickets. – The holder of this ticket will lose his right to leave the event venue. – In case of postponement, the ticket remains valid. – Jungle Life CR reserves the right not to authorize the entrance of any type of beverages and food, as well as cameras, video cameras and / or recorders. – Jungle Life CR reserves the right of admission.
